What is the latest news on Danny Jones? Nothing seems to be forthcoming from the club.
To be honest i would rather have him stay at the Cougars. Good clubman.

Someone posted that he was due to meet Calland either this week or next but I don't think anyone actually knows anything concrete.

After the brilliant second half performance from Halifax on Sunday that will have ticked yet another box on the Super Duper League application you have to say that Danny will be playing for Fax next season

I'd be surprised if they don't apply given that enormous crowd they managed at their last home league game to just push them over the required average and tick another box.

I would also be suprised if we apparently fudged a gate and then not put a application in.

Exciting players always there or there abouts in challenging competative rugby - Tick
Youth - No Tick, unless we give siddal some money and say they are our youth !

Heard from a reliable source today that a lot hinged on the Fax grand final win regarding weather Ben Black would go or stay,seems likely he'll stay now therefore you'd hope danny may stay afterall,think thats why no announcement was made before grand final,here's hoping anyway.
