2 years is the standard tariff for a positive test. Missing a test is equated to a positive test. So on that basis, you'd think that if his behaviour prevented the tester from getting a sample, it'd tally with a missed test. But he did provide a sample. And it came back negative.
I'm sure it'll come out in the wash, but on the face of it and from what we've heard so far, it's ludicrous.
